Your employer the University of Reading has teamed up with UK Healthcare to help provide you with a healthcare cash plan scheme. This plan is designed to help cover your “day to day” healthcare expenditure, whereby you can claim back 100% of your costs, up to policy limits for everyday treatments such as Optical, Dental, Physiotherapy, Prescriptions and many more.
More recently we have introduced preventative benefits such as health screening and even provided discounted membership across a range of local and national gyms! Policyholders can enjoy peace of mind, knowing that from as little as 28 pence a day they are covered for all costs incurred up to agreed policy limits, dependent upon their chosen level of cover.
UK Healthcare is the trading style of Bolton Hospital Saturday which is a company limited by guarantee and operates on a not for profit basis. We have provided Healthcare cash plans for many years now with roots going as far back as 1813 and we’d obviously be delighted if you would consider joining one of our schemes.
As a policyholder you can enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that you’re covered toward these costs and more. Anyone aged 18 – 70 can take out a policy and you can even cover up to four dependent children (under the age of 18) completely free of charge.
