	Steve Pugh, Deputy CEO Steve has a long career in financial services and boasts an unrivalled track record when it comes to sales and marketing. He is firmly committed and totally focused on putting something back into the communities we serve.
	Lynn Clarke, Non-executive Director Lynn brings a wealth of HR experience from managing her own successful business in the North West and Yorkshire. She is never afraid to lead from the front.
	Roy White, Non-executive Director A council and board member of 30 years with a wealth of managerial expertise from the telecoms industry, Roy continues to work hard and deliver first-class operational expertise.
	Anne Dobie, Non-executive Director Anne is a Contract Lawyer well known in the Manchester business community. Her legal experience and expertise are an asset to the leadership team.
	David Udall, Non-executive Director A tactical thinker, David provides much needed financial acumen to the business from his role as an FD at a leading wholesale retail business in the North West.

	Carly Lees, Office & Finance Manager Carly is a proven financial controller with a keen eye for detail and a flair for reducing business expenses, working to generate operating surpluses which are fed back into the wider society in line with our ethos of charitable giving.
	Christine Delacruz, Customer Services Manager Christine is dedicated to ensuring that our customer service and claims processes are streamlined to raise standards and deliver efficient services and claims turnaround to all our clients.
Sales
	Wendy Rodes, Account Executive A dedicated professional, Wendy is responsible for on-going business account management. Wendy works closely with relevant departments in organisations to ensure the effective promotion and communication of our health cash plans to employees.
	Andrew Clegg, Account Executive As a member of our business to business sales team, Andrew provides solutions to organisations looking to implement a low cost, high perceived benefit to help address a range of business issues.
Corporate Administration
	Debra Grimshaw, Corporate Service Administrator Debra co-ordinates all aspects of business to business administration. Liaising between the UK Healthcare sales team and our clients, Debra creates new group members, maintains accurate employee listings and manages all group payments.
